About Author :Dr Ashfaq A Khan is currently working as the Vice Principal at Rizvi college of Arts, Science and Commerce, Mumbai.  An alumni of Bhonsala Military School, Nasik & Aligarh Muslim University from the undergraduate level, Dr Ashfaq got his Doctorate from the same in 2002. It is based on his work on the Role of Bombay Stock Exchange in Resource Mobilizations in Maharashtra state since 1991. He is currently a registered Doctoral Guide for Mumbai University.
