This book takes me back to the time when I decided to do a 30-day Salad Challenge. I created a new salad with homemade dressing for 30 days. The challenge changed the way I cook, eat, and look at natural ingredients. I couldn’t imagine how simple ingredients can create magic on the plate. I would not recommend buying salad dressings because they are mostly loaded with nasty ingredients. And if you want to eat healthy – Make it at home! That’s my motto.

I am Richa Gupta – the human behind the lens. I am from India but currently live with my husband in Munich, Germany. Our home here is the place where I created this book for you. Creating this book from scratch turned out to be the most adventurous and joyful work ever.

I am an engineer, although only on paper by now. I switched to advertising and worked in Brand Management for 3 years. After helping multiple brands grow, I thought it was time to create and grow my own brand. And then, I went on an incredibly fun journey and created ‘The Fearless Cooking’. My husband and I created different types of content before landing at this delicious destination. Now, he is the backend person and works on the website design and development while I create recipe blogs, food photos, and videos.
