About the Book
“Noishyobder Shobdo” (Sound of Silence) is not a book of Poems in true Sense, But it is an integration of Story, Conversation and poems to bring into focus the underlying thoughts literally and pictorially.
Here appears and re-appears time and again the faces of crying child, neglected nature, deserted girls, Rudderless Teenagers, helpless Senior citizens and last but not the least the backbone less society rapturned by the brutalized environment. The rudiments of write-up material are assimilated from on looking Scenarios of current vitiated world.
It is not a book for thoughtless minds. So it is not fantasy but ideas interwoven with agony and ecstasy. It unfolds how desperation, insecurities looming large on common people’s life. It depicts picture – how modernity with Self-Centered attitude take center stage in society.
Time will only say whether the thought encrypted here has had any impact on its readers.
