About the Author :
Working in Department cum Centre for Women Studies and Development, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Having the working experience of more than 9 years. Academic qualifications are M.com. M.Lib., UGC-NET, PGDLAN (Gold Medal) and Ph.D. Published more than 20 publications in many peer-reviewed national and international journals and more than 15 publications in national and international Seminars/Conferences. Also participated about 20 national and international Seminars/Conferences/Workshops/Training Programmes including International Conference on “Books, Publishing, and Libraries” held on November 2014 at Simmons College, Boston, USA. Area of Interest: Bibliometric, Open Access etc.
