The anthology imagines for a precise integration of revolutions with analogy of three basic colors (green for agriculture, blue for ocean and red for the government), with education as the instrument to create the white color of renaissance. Although the book discusses India as case study, the many underdeveloped and developing countries around the world currently under pandemic have similar scope.
