Lateef lives the ordinary life of a medical student in a government teaching hospital. Love looks like the only respite from the world of trauma, pain, poverty and dirty politics. Lateef tries to hold on to his love, its crumbles in his grip; now he is obliged to look back at every action he has ever committed that might hold the key to understanding his present and saving the love of his life. While everything from his smelly room-mate, troubled best-friend, politically inclined colleagues and patients are latching on to him. And only God can help.
