In the fast changing ELT scenario of 21st Century, the needs of English language learners have also undergone a change. Hence, it has become imperative to evolve such teaching strategies which may fasten the speed of the learning of English and meet the expectations of our learners.

Dr. Parul Yadav, Assistant Professor at Amity School of Liberal Arts, Amity University Haryana, Gurgaon received her Doctorate in English Literature in 2003.
She has 6.5 years of experience in teaching at university and college level and over 6 years of industry experience in media and recruitment companies.
Her specialization/interests include Business and Corporate communication, Women writings, Marginal and Diaspora literature.  She has presented papers in many National/International conferences. She is an active member (secretary) of ELTAI (English Language Teacher’s Association of India
