Description
Sufism is a nourishing shower for the thirsty hearts. This book does not boast of academic presentation of Sufi doctrines or debate over schools of thought nor it claims any new research in the arena of Sufism rather it is a humble effort to present the Sufism from the point of view of its Educational aspects particularly the views and related practices of Sufis as they expressed in classical Books of Sufism written over 1000 years back for the nourishment and unveiling of the secrets of heart. The style of the writing consists of simple description with illustrating Sufi statements, anecdotes, Sufi poetry, and experiences of Sufis as they recorded in their treatises. Sufism believes that the heart is the seat of learning and only in a purified heart Divine enlightenment takes place. From this Sufi thought, the book traces its title, i.e., Sufism: The Education of Heart.
