Description

Twilight

A folk tale woven genteelly around

a sacred bonding between a father

and his adopted son.

This young lad spends his childhood,

in a tranquil and warm abode in the forest,

with his mother and father.

His perspectives of life, are beautifully

sown through long, quiet hours,

spent sitting with his father.

It is these soulful precious moments

that lend him his source of

strength and resilience.

Alas…his world is shattered!

His father’s death leaves him

utterly bereft of all hope.

Leaving behind him this powerful world,

where only deceit, greed, envy,

and hate reign, he runs fiercely taring

into the dark on his tedious long journey.
