Advocate CS Mrityunjoy Seal is a Commerce and Law Graduate, Post Graduate in International Trade Laws and Cyber Laws, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Indian Council of Arbitration, Life Member of the Indian Management Association, Association of Secretaries and Managers, Association of Corporate Executives and Advisors, Calcutta Management Association, Subarna Banik Samaj, National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bar Association and a Member of the Bar Association, High Court at Calcutta. He has worked for over forty years, in various fields of legal and paralegal services, including corporate, commercial, employment, personal, arbitration, constitutional, medical, forest, mining and explosives laws, indirect taxation, safety and environment, labour, land and revenue laws, legal audit, legal due diligence, legal counselling, advocating and advising to Indian and foreign individual and corporate clients.
His added experience includes teaching and counselling MHA, MBA, LL B and CS students; in CS Institute, Management, Law Colleges and Institute of Hospital Management Studies, besides working as Legal Advisor to the Board of Trustees/Directors/Management of companies, business houses, schools, private hospitals, nursing institute. In addition to practicing law as an independent practitioner, he is the founder of a law firm, Sealex Legis Firmus and Hon. Patron to Communiqué Medico legal Services.
In addition to pursuing his professional career, he has penned and published short stories and poems for little magazines. For the first time by a paradigm shift from his professional field, he has ventured in his premier publication of a collection of his English short stories and skits – Omnipresent, in the prevailing sociopolitical background in the form of expression of suspense. He has authored Guide to Dento Legal for the Dentists’ guidance to applicable laws in practice. In this work, he has considered the real life difficulties faced by budding professionals, job seekers, interviewees, competitive examination examinees and all those finding it difficult to take a leaf forward from stark darkness to flashing light in career planning. He has relied upon his working experience more than theoretical discussion in this book – Self Grooming and Personality Development.
